Happy Easter!

This past weekend we had so much fun celebrating Easter. This year we celebrated Easter on Saturday with the Kettenring family instead of Easter day, like we usually do. We colored 10 dozen eggs Friday night, slept over and had our egg hunt in the morning. This year the adults helped the kids find the eggs. I honestly wasn't too sure how McKinley was going to do since she still is pretty young to understand the concept of finding eggs. Surprisingly McKinley and Ethan (my nephew) had a blast finding the eggs.

Then we had our annual Easter breakfast which of course was too good and I am sad that we have to wait a whole year before we can have it again. The kids found their Easter baskets and had fun playing with all of their toys the grand-bunny brought them.

Sunday morning the Easter bunny came to our house too. McKinley was very excited about the basket this Easter bunny left her and Tait. She then searched the house for the eggs that were hidden and was quickly distracted once she figured out there was candy inside.

McKinley loves the blanket the Easter bunny left her of "mer-mo" and carries it EVERYWHERE we go! Its too bad that the blanket it is bigger than she is!!
